As our Christmas present campaign “the season of reyt goodwill” comes to a close, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who gave so generously through our Just Giving and by donating presents.
Your kindness has brought joy to so many people on our wards. Because of you, patients who might otherwise have gone without, will receive a special gift this Christmas making their day truly special.
Our community has truly shown the spirit of Christmas, and we are so grateful for the incredible generosity shown this year. A special thanks to:
- Dunelm Barnsley, Huddersfield and Wakefield for including EyUp! in your Joy of Giving campaign, bringing in a huge amount of donations that have made a real difference
- Unison and Unite the Union for raising an amazing £550 towards gifts for patients
- Wakefield Street Kitchen for taking the time to donate bags of toiletries
- Our local partners in Barnsley, Calderdale, Doncaster, Kirklees and Wakefield – from supermarkets, McDonald’s, gyms, swimming pools, libraries, your efforts collecting gifts have been amazing
- Our amazing volunteers across the Trust for giving your time to arrange the presents and deliver them to our wards
